Annual Inspections
Cal Osha Title 8 Chapter 4 Subchapter 2 Article 5 states that Boilers require an annual inspection to legally operate in the state of California. If you're unsure of your next inspection date look at your Boilers "Permit To Operate" for the expiration date. If you're due for an inspection then contact us so we can prep your Boiler for its inspection.
Piping Repair
All piping systems will eventually begin to leak. However, due to the thermal shock from heating and cooling cycles plus the highly corrosive
nature of steam. Boiler pipes and fitting wear down faster than other piping systems. If you see a leak call us today so we can fix the leak to avoid any slip and burning hazards that may arise.
Boiler Retube
Your Boiler is most efficient when heat transfer surfaces are clean of minerals that are found in water. Unfortunately, scale builds up and prevents the heat to evenly be transferred. This can lead to metal warpage which makes water and fire tubes fail. When this happens the tubes must be fixed. If you suspect your Boiler has leaking tubes, then give us a call and we can inspect your tube sheet and give recommendations on your best course of action.
